We are the local anchor for Botswana's innovation. A nest where ministries, hubs, founders and global partners meet, build and grow together.

Nest Hubs is an innovation agency based in Gaborone. We keep momentum between international missions, so good plans become systems Batswana own.

We coordinate, convene, document and report, every week, not just every mission. That is how innovation in Botswana takes flight.

Our story

Two founders, one nest.

Nest Hubs grew from a belief Yandile Nuku and Tebogo Modisagape share: people grow fastest inside the right network. Yandile lived it first, as a young founder who found her footing through the hub before helping to build it. Tebogo brought it to life through practice: as founder of Val Interiors since 2009, she knows first-hand what Batswana businesses need to grow, and opens that experience to every founder in the nest.

Yandile came in with skills in communications, finance and accounting, and a deep sense of how Botswana's economy works, but few places to put them to use. Nest Hubs matched her with mentors, markets and responsibility, and stayed with her through the setbacks as well as the wins.

She now helps build the hub's foundations alongside women decades her senior, as an ecosystem builder who believes in collaboration and networks.

Meet Tebby Tebogo Modisagape

Interior architect, green-building advocate and co-founder of Nest Hubs.

Tebogo founded Val Interiors in 2009 and still leads every project from concept to handover. You are as likely to find her in a hard hat on site as at the drawing board, making sure what was designed is what gets built. A trained interior architect focused on sustainable, efficient buildings, she brings green-building expertise to every brief.
